Governing the professional relationship between Veranoed and our platform users. Effective as of March 20, 2026.
Veranoed operates as a professional financial education and career consultancy. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the "User") and Veranoed (the "Firm"). Accessing our proprietary curriculum or career placement services implies that you have the legal capacity to enter into this contract under Australian law.
Management reserves the right to modify these terms to reflect evolving market conditions or regulatory shifts in the Australian financial education sector. Continued use of veranoed.digital following such modifications constitutes your acknowledgement and acceptance of the revised dossier.
02. Intellectual
Property & Analysis.
All proprietary curriculum content, including our high-frequency market logic and TradingView charting configurations, remains the exclusive property of Veranoed. Users are granted a revocable, non-exclusive license to use these materials for personal development or approved career preparation ONLY.
- No redistribution of proprietary indicators.
- No scraping of market analysis databases.
- Commercial use requires written Brisbane head-office clearance.
03. Conduct and Compliance
Registration Integrity
Access to our trading floor preparation modules requires verified identity documentation. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. Any attempt to obfuscate user traces or share institutional login credentials will result in immediate termination of access without refund.
TradingView Integration
While we facilitate education through TradingView and other market platforms, Veranoed is not responsible for the uptime or technical failure of these third-party providers. You must maintain individual platform compliance alongside our local conduct standards.
Placement Protocol
Consultancy engagements regarding Australian trading floor roles are advisory in nature. Veranoed provides the tools and network, but final employment outcomes depend on the candidate's independent performance and the hiring firm's discretion.
Information Only
All market data, simulated trades, and educational examples are for instructional purposes. Veranoed does not provide financial advice as defined by the Corporations Act 2001 (Cth). Trading involves risk; we are not liable for individual capital losses.
Dispute
Resolution.
In the event of a contractual disagreement, we prioritise mediation through our Brisbane legal counsel before formal litigation proceedings.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Queensland, Australia. You irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that State and courts of appeal from them.
